Guided meditations can be a useful resource to listen to if you are seeking to learn more about meditation or to experience meditation in a new way.

     Some of the challenges that come up when we learn new skills is remembering to do them. Having a guided mediation practice can help us integrate new skills and help us develop our capacity to find those skills on our own whenever we want to.
