Brilliance, Clarity & Illumination!

Some ideas on how to illuminate the parts of ourselves we don’t see very clearly:

~Reflect on past behaviors: is there a pattern to the moments of discomfort?

~Go from furious to curious: what brought on the furious?

~Ask someone for their insights: a different perspective can change so much.

~Learn to pay attention to feelings of discomfort: notice what thoughts come up when difficult feelings come alive within you.

~Breath: bring your attention to your breath over and over again; notice what thoughts come up when you bring your attention to your breath; is there a judgement? an inner critic? a gentle voice?
