Mindfulness, families and how not to be busy

     This year, I started teaching Chi Kids classes with Chi School, in a setting filled with joy and hope. Along with teaching classes, I get to learn from the other people who work with Chi School, and these people are a clever bunch!  Here’s an excerpt from a post from the Chi School website:
     We often find, especially during busy times of year, that we are more focused on doing, instead of being.
